I need more exercise, but .. is this ……???? dangerous
'd Definitely need more exercise and the only way I see it happening is an exercise bike at home. That I think would be great, however, I learned from a friend of my friend who used to run a lot, but never did something (I think heated) and slipped a disc in his back and had to have many operations etc. Is this bike going to do more harm than good?! If you tune your bike slowly and gradually get faster during the period of 10 minutes and slower at the end of, say 1 hour of exercise for 10 minutes warming down, is that all I need do? How I can get information pro what not to do something stupid?! What should I do to ensure what I want to hurt me NO ???!!!!!!!!! You should do everything you thought, except for two things: 1. Stretch before and after. Stretch your leg muscles to reach for your toes. And just stretch your arms. Do these before and after. 2. Initiation gradual. Start with just 10 minutes on the bike. Add five minutes every day. I do 20-25 minutes. If you can go an hour, good for you! The bike is excellent for the whole body. Only hot and cool. And all that little by little. Good luck to you! I have to do a good comedy. Listening to music would be nice. Have fun and be healthy!
